Ouray International Film Festival
I was given the honor of designing the official poster for the second annual Ouray International Film Fest, happening this June in the mountains of Colorado. The original painting will be auctioned off, the proceeds of which to be donated to the future of the festival, the Wright Opera House, where the films will be screened, and a special arts-oriented scholarship to go to a graduating senior of the local high school.

This large piece, commissioned by the one and only Jared LaCroix, began stretching my limits to begin diving into the creation of discernible images as opposed to pure abstraction. Getting to hand deliver it to my old haunt - Nashville, TN - added to the fun of this project.
